“Anna Boghiguian: A Short Long History – Sometimes, Unexpectedly the Present Meets the Past” was published on the occasion of three large solo exhibitions of Anna Boghiguian in S.M.A.K. (2020), Ghent, MGKSiegen (2021) and IVAM, Valencia (2022). The publication offers for the first time a complete visual overview of five recent installations by Anna Boghiguian. The rich visual material is complemented by essays by Quinn Latimer and Sven Lütticken that delve deeper into the literary, historical, and politicaleconomic interests of the artist and explore how she makes them present into her work. Finally, Pip Day and Pablo La Fuente reflect with Boghiguian on the beginnings of her artistic practice.
